Early leavers from education and training by labour status

In 2024, Slovakia's early leavers from education and training by labour status increased by 17.2% compared to 2023, reaching 7.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.4%.

Slovakia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 9.6% (from 8.3% in 2019).
