In 2025, Slovakia's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 3.4% compared to 2024, reaching 12.0%.

Slovakia ranks 5th out of 7 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.8% (from 11.9% in 2020).
