Population structure indicators at national level

In 2014, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 2013, reaching 38.6.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 42.5.

Slovakia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.5% (from 36.6 in 2009).
