Population structure indicators at national level

In 2016, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 2015, reaching 39.4.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 43.0.

Slovakia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.3% (from 37.4 in 2011).
