Population structure indicators at national level

In 2018, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 2017, reaching 40.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 43.5.

Slovakia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.2% (from 38.2 in 2013).
