Population structure indicators at national level

In 2017, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 5.0% compared to 2016, reaching 23.3.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 32.9.

Slovakia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 19.5% (from 19.5 in 2012).
