Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2023, Slovakia's main national accounts tax aggregates decreased by 0.8% compared to 2022, reaching 35.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.7%.

Slovakia ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.8% (from 33.9% in 2018).
