Income inequality for older people - EU-SILC survey

In 2025, Slovakia's income inequality for older people increased by 5.9% compared to 2024, reaching 5.04.

Slovakia accounts for 61.2% of the EU-27 total of 8.24.

Slovakia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.4% (from 4.92 in 2020).
