Income inequality for older people - EU-SILC survey

In 2024, Slovakia's income inequality for older people decreased by 5.9% compared to 2023, reaching 4.76.

Slovakia accounts for 57.9% of the EU-27 total of 8.22.

Slovakia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.0% (from 4.96 in 2019).
