At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2015, Spain's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.4% compared to 2014, reaching 22.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.0%.

Spain ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.9% (from 20.1% in 2010).
