At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2020, Spain's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.0% compared to 2019, reaching 20.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 15.9%.

Spain ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 10.2% (from 22.5% in 2015).
