Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2006, Spain's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 0.8% compared to 2005, reaching 12.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 13.4%.

Spain ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.9% (from 10.9% in 2001).
