Population structure indicators at national level

In 2005, Spain's population structure indicators at national level decreased by 2.3% compared to 2004, reaching 26.0.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.2.

Spain ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 2.6% (from 26.7 in 2000).
