Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2020, Spain's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 2.4% compared to 2019, reaching 79.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 85.4%.

Spain ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.8% (from 78.5% in 2015).
