At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2006, Sweden's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 11.9% compared to 2005, reaching 11.3%.

Sweden ranks 19th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 29.4% (from 16.0% in 2001).
