Early leavers from education and training by labour status

In 2023, Sweden's early leavers from education and training by labour status decreased by 15.9% compared to 2022, reaching 7.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.6%.

Sweden ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.3% (from 7.5% in 2018).
