At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2005, Austria's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 6.3% compared to 2004, reaching 13.3%.

Austria ranks 17th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.0% (from 14.0% in 2000).
