Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2019, Austria's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.2% compared to 2018, reaching 86.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 86.2%.

Austria ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.4% (from 85.3% in 2014).
