Government deficit/surplus, debt and associated data

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 62.4%.

Belgium ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 17.1% (from 105.6% in 2002).
