At-risk-of poverty rate by most frequent activity status - EU-SILC survey

In 2021, Belgium's at-risk-of poverty rate by most frequent activity status decreased by 7.1% compared to 2020, reaching 3.90.

Belgium accounts for 43.8% of the EU-27 total of 8.90.

Belgium ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 18.8% (from 4.80 in 2016).
