Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2017, Bulgaria's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 5.4% compared to 2016, reaching 5.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 12.8%.

Bulgaria ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 28.3% (from 4.6% in 2012).
