Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2007, Bulgaria's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 2.9% compared to 2006, reaching 85.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 84.6%.

Bulgaria ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.5% (from 76.3% in 2002).
