Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2013, Bulgaria's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 2.3% compared to 2012, reaching 17,163.

Bulgaria ranks 17th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 14.1% (from 19,980 in 2008).
