Nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments

In 2000, Bulgaria's nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments increased by 14.1% compared to 1999, reaching 8,554,139.

Bulgaria ranks 21st out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 14.4% (from 9,987,348 in 1995).
