In 2020, Croatia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 12.2% compared to 2019, reaching 10,418.

Croatia ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 23.1% (from 13,547 in 2015).
