Inability to keep home adequately warm

In 2025, Croatia's inability to keep home adequately warm decreased by 8.7% compared to 2024, reaching 4.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 8.8%.

Croatia ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 26.3% (from 5.7% in 2020).
