Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2022, Croatia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.7% compared to 2021, reaching 87.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 87.4%.

Croatia ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.2% (from 83.7% in 2017).
