Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2023, Croatia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.9% compared to 2022, reaching 88.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.6%.

Croatia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.1% (from 83.7% in 2018).
