Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2021, Croatia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 1.2% compared to 2020, reaching 86.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 86.5%.

Croatia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.2% (from 82.3% in 2016).
