Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2023, Croatia's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 10.3% compared to 2022, reaching 6.1%.

The figure is in line with the EU-27 average of 6.1%.

Croatia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 26.5% (from 8.3% in 2018).
