Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2023, Lithuania's unemployment by sex and age increased by 15.0% compared to 2022, reaching 6.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 6.1%.

Lithuania ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.3% (from 6.2% in 2018).
