In 2015, Cyprus's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 4.7% compared to 2014, reaching 943.

Cyprus ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 43.5% (from 1,670 in 2010).
