Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2024, Cyprus's main national accounts tax aggregates decreased by 1.5% compared to 2023, reaching 13.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 12.8%.

Cyprus ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 6.9% (from 14.5% in 2019).
