Population structure indicators at national level

In 2006, Cyprus's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.6% compared to 2005, reaching 35.1.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 40.0.

Cyprus ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.5% (from 33.6 in 2001).
