Population structure indicators at national level

In 2002, Cyprus's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.1% compared to 2001, reaching 19.8.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 26.3.

Cyprus ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.5% (from 19.5 in 1997).
