Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2005, Cyprus's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 4.5% compared to 2004, reaching 9.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 14.1%.

Cyprus ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 19.2% (from 7.8% in 2000).
