Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2007, Cyprus's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 11.8% compared to 2006, reaching 37.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.9%.

Cyprus ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 26.3% (from 30.0% in 2002).
