Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2017, Cyprus's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 1.5% compared to 2016, reaching 34.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 40.8%.

Cyprus ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.5% (from 34.2% in 2012).
