Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2024, Cyprus's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 0.3% compared to 2023, reaching 37.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 40.2%.

Cyprus ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.1% (from 35.6% in 2019).
