At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2021, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 14.5% compared to 2020, reaching 10.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.5%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 7.4% (from 10.8% in 2016).
