Life expectancy by age and sex

In 1975, Czechia's life expectancy by age and sex increased by 0.4% compared to 1974, reaching 70.5.

Czechia ranks 10th out of 15 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.3% (from 69.6 in 1970).
