Life expectancy by age and sex

In 1982, Czechia's life expectancy by age and sex increased by 0.1% compared to 1981, reaching 74.5.

Czechia ranks 14th out of 17 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.3% (from 74.3 in 1977).
