Life expectancy by age and sex

In 1987, Czechia's life expectancy by age and sex increased by 0.8% compared to 1986, reaching 75.3.

Czechia ranks 17th out of 21 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.1% (from 74.5 in 1982).
