Life expectancy by age and sex

In 1970, Czechia's life expectancy by age and sex increased by 0.2% compared to 1969, reaching 66.1.

Czechia ranks 9th out of 12 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.6% (from 67.2 in 1965).
