Life expectancy by age and sex

In 1971, Czechia's life expectancy by age and sex increased by 0.2% compared to 1970, reaching 66.2.

Czechia ranks 10th out of 13 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.6% (from 67.3 in 1966).
