Life expectancy by age and sex

In 1991, Czechia's life expectancy by age and sex increased by 0.9% compared to 1990, reaching 68.2.

Czechia ranks 15th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.0% (from 67.5 in 1986).
