Income inequality for older people - EU-SILC survey

In 2024, Czechia's income inequality for older people decreased by 2.6% compared to 2023, reaching 5.18.

Czechia accounts for 63.0% of the EU-27 total of 8.22.

Czechia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.8% (from 5.14 in 2019).
