Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2021, Czechia's unemployment by sex and age increased by 7.7% compared to 2020, reaching 2.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 7.1%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 30.0% (from 4.0% in 2016).
