Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2014, Czechia's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 16.3% compared to 2013, reaching 15.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 24.1%.

Czechia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.2% (from 16.6% in 2009).
