At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2017, Denmark's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 8.3% compared to 2016, reaching 13.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.3%.

Denmark ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.3% (from 12.0% in 2012).
